The JWMS PTO operates almost exclusively on our parents' contributions.
​
We engage in very little traditional fundraising and we try to avoid conflicts with students fundraising efforts. We are a tax exempt 501(c)3 organization, so every contribution you make is tax deductible.
Box tops
Look for the Box Tops on products, cut them out, and send them in an envelope marked 'Box Tops' with your child to school. We have a collection box in the main office.

McCaffrey’s donates 1% of eligible purchases to JWMS. Drop receipts -not more than two months old, please- in the PTO mailbox in the main office.
NOMAD PIZZA GIFT CERTIFICATES
We are delighted to announce that we have a limited number of gift certificates from our friends at Nomad Pizza, Princeton Shopping Center - for which 20% of the proceeds will go be donated back to the PTO.
This is a limited time offer, so move fast to get your certificates and a tasty pizza! Paid for certificates will be left in the main office for collection by students/parents.
CORPORATE MATCHING
Most employers have Corporate Matching Gift Programs that will match donations made to not-for-profit organizations like the JW PTO.
It’s easy! Log on to your corporate HR website and search for ‘Corporate Gift Matching’ or similar wording. Under the list of organizations, search for John Witherspoon Parent-Teacher Organization Inc. If you do not see our name, you may need to register using our address and tax ID (22-3600348).
